Carmen was great. She thought of all details and was very proactive. Our only problem was with a lender we found expensive and too willing to sell additional insurance products along the way. Changing lenders to US Savings Bank made all the difference.

We were connected with Carmen through Realtor. We were a little hesitant at the beginning but quickly realized that Carmen is absolutely amazing. She explained the process and was able to quickly start showing us houses that fit our needs. She was very understanding and supportive regarding the number of houses we wanted to see. We looked at existing homes, new builds, evaluated building a new home, and even looking at land. We loved that Carmen would walk through the houses with us and bring up concerns she saw and share things to look for that I would have not thought of. At one point, we even took a break from looking and she never pressured us to make a decision or to move faster. Her number one focus was always about helping us find the perfect home for our family. Carmen ultimately helped us find the perfect home and helped us sell our existing home. While selling our existing home, she patiently helped us navigate the cumbersome process and gave her suggestions of best path forward but never pressured us to go in any direction and always let our family make the final decisions. I would definitely recommend Carmen to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Very respectful and helpful

Carmen helped me purchase a house back in 2019. Of course I called her to help me buy and sell again this year! I would definitely recommend her! She’s very knowledgeable and patient and is always available to answer questions!
